First off it´s important to have video evidence and to have made an in-game report. The others are way better at elaborating on the issue, I´m sure one of them will check in and help you out.

Mandytalk elaborated it pretty well, make sure to have screenshots as well.
You have to open a ticket and give it time, it's not instant but it does get done.
