Why are Hitboxes scripted wrong?
I notice a common issue with Dead by Daylight where the survivor gets hit even after vaulting successfully over a pallet or window. After some investigating and looking at Dead by Daylights hitboxes. The game seems to be using basic hitboxes instead of animated hitboxes for vaulting pallets & windows would be the guess of the issue. Now other players that don't know what the difference is here are images below.
Basic hitbox will play the animation where the avatar is located so your hitbox will be on the window or pallet until the animation is done. Images below how it works in other games. ((I guess they call this the slashing area for a bad feature?))

An Animated Hitbox will move the hitbox as the avatar moves.

Anyway, given the frustration of this issue. I don't understand why it's not fixed, and why Hitboxes aren't animated and moving inside the windows and pallets. I'd investigate this further in a custom game, but I can't given for no hitbox turn on option.
This also seems quite a hot and heavy issue so I'm surprised graphics got updated, but the hitbox issue still seems to exist.
Clips where players are on the other side of the pallet but still get hit. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JcHjaFS41PI

Cause devs don't know how to coding well

Windows are not magic. A window is basically a hole in a wall, you can and should be hit if you're near the window (for example, when you just finished vaulting it) and the killer swings through it. Latency also adds to the weirdness, particularly with pallets, where killers shouldn't be able to hit you if you're standing on the opposite side.
Killers teleporting to the other side of pallets, as in one of the clips you linked to, is just a bug, plain and simple. Hitboxes don't have anything to do with that.

Pretty much what Orion has said. Windows are not safe, the killer is able to hit through the window - that's by design, you have to be far enough from the window to not get hit by it.
Right now, latency is an issue for some players as a lot depends on the killers ping to the server. We've tested Server Sided Hit Validation which had very good results and hopefully this will be implemented further down the line, that will definitely help because a big issue is when you're hit when you are around a corner on your screen but not in the same position on the killers screen - this is the thing that has caused a lot of confusion for people.

Oh so this logic applies to pallets to? How about just move the damn hitbox out of the vaulting section instead of waiting for animation to finish. They literally are sticking the hitbox inside the window or on top of the pallet until the animation is done. Hence for the late hitting and all the BS. The hitbox isn't moving with the survivor.
If only they let their dumb hit boxes be turned on for custom games so players can confirm this.

before the server comes, you can see the ping from killer, and when he have a high ping, you can switch, but now over 1 year, its only killer sided you dont know what is the ping, and so many games you have killer they bs you...
same thing in other games, csgo, when you shoot to the boody and hit heads, i mean defuq ? nobody play again csgo when its not fix fast !
