Is it worth reporting players exploiting this chapter's bugs? Or will it be "the Devs put it in so I can use it."?
I've already lost count of the Survivors using a map offering for the bugged shack pallet realms.

You cannot prove they're using the Map Offerings just for the shack pallet bugs.
Imagine reporting every single Twins player that uses Victor when someone is in a locker.
It's a bug, it'll be fixed.

Tbf though reporting players does next to nothing. You’re honestly better off just blocking them if you honestly don’t want to deal with them in another game, which is pretty unlikely to begin with, but it would still do more than reporting them

Blocking does not prevent players from showing up in your games.

Not everyone knows that there is a Bug, especially since it affects Maps which are usually used when someone wants a normal game (aka no Indoor Maps or stuff like that) on a in general balanced Map.

It's not worth reporting people who use a map offering, it's not something we are banning for and it's impossible to prove that they're even aware of the bug.
It's just wasting the time of the people who deal with the reports, and as you can imagine false reports take up time, and prevent the team from dealing with actionable reports.

What's the shack pallet bug? Is it the lame thing where you can't break shack pallet from the outside and you have to do it inside

How about they use the offering, run to the shack, immediately drop the pallet from the inside, teabag, in end game chat say "gg ez get pallet teched", do we still go with probably not even aware of the bug?

It's still not something bannable. And if that happens, it's a win situation for the killer - immediately breaking one of the strongest pallets in the game.
