    lightborn is only for flashlight blinding, not burns, you should be able to still burn wraith or nurse even if they use lighborn

    I don't think The Wraith should have to take Lightborn to be immune to being broken out of cloak, flashlights just shouldn't be able to do that by default.

    Nope, Lightburn is a completely different mechanic than blinding.

    Would set a weird precedent about perks being able to actively change the mechanics around a killers power, which I don't believe BHVR wants since they removed things like saboing trappers traps for example.

    In my opinion no, blinding and burning are two different things. Lightborn stops from blinding the killer, not burning him. And considering burning him is one of the biggest counters for wraith, it would be taking that away.

    Flashlights shouldn’t even affect Wraith harshly anyway. A perk shouldn’t be the only thing that stops it.
