Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.
Unbreakable Cenobite Chain

I just played a game as the cenobite and a chain was on Bill and couldnt be broken, he was all the way across the map and i saw the chain going through the whole map so definitely needs to be fixed
