im pretty sure it is serious but the doctors said im fine and the pandemic happened so i cant get put on a waiting list for counselling unfortunately :/
todays been... very meh. not yet as bad as yesterday but it seems like its getting there lol. the pictures in this thread helped a lot at the start of today

Well at least docs said that. Dunno if this will help but I got some debilitating health issues two years ago and even tho it can be really tough human bodies are amazing and can endure a lot.
You can get through it you have a strong spirit from what I have seen. And hopefully even recover soon.

I'm bad with words of comfort so here's bunch of pics from a local wildlife rehabilitator. All these cuties were rescued, brought back up to healthy state and will be (or are) released back into wild when ready. Some were brought in on their own but now have buddies/family to head back into wild with.
