Is the Lament Configuration bugged when The Cenobite uses it?
Many many times I would find the Lament Configuration before survivors do, and instead of automatically triggering a Chain Hunt, nothing happens. Is this supposed to be intentional?

It takes a bit to activate for me. Not sure if that’s intended. Few seconds I mean.

As described, regardless of the Chain Hunt build up, it will sometimes just not happen. I'm uncertain about the benefits of The Cenobite using the box while a Chain Hunt is active, because it either does nothing or disables it altogether.

When Pinhead finds and uses the box the following happens
1) you get à notification of where every survivor is
2) à fiew seconds (one or two) after that 1 happened, chain hunt starts
Using the box during chain hunt gives you the notification again and gives you à fiew extra seconds as the box needs to respawn first

I know what it does. I'm saying sometimes, it just doesn't even activate.
