So, CoH was active. I snuffed it out, the guy was still healing himself, i would assume that effect should be interrupted.
He had a flashlight and no self healing perks (dont know the actual name).
Bug feature or hacker (which i doubt, as he would show some other magic tricks)

Could be a bug that the healing is not aborted. But it was for me the last time it happened to me.
There could have been other CoH boons still in range.

Yeah it wasnt. As the boon was in killer shack corner. So I made kind of investigation before making an asumption
