I have it. Restart your console or look at at manage game and addons then updates. New chapter isn’t on stores yet, though.

Looks like a new gen issue if you have next gen console.
Typical bhvr cant even get an update to go through on time. Every other damn games manages it though

Xbox one is updating, xbox series x isn’t coming through with an update, even with multiple restarts :(

BHVR is one of the companies who almost always bring updates at every plattform at once.

Umm alot of games post updates and do it on time... this isnt the first time there has been an issue with an update.
Remember the time next gen got an update early and couldn't play crossplay... that's one example of many. It's not made up.

The game is stuck at a certain point in the update bar for me and has been for an hour. I'm on Xbox One X if that makes any difference. Nevermind. It's updating now.
