There's supposed to be daily log in rewards, right?
Is there supposed to be a festive Christmas daily log in reward? I got like two items and then haven't received anything once so ever.
Last thing I received was I believe about 500 Iridescent Shards, is there something that I missed or misread?
I only received about 100,000 blood points and 500 iridescent shards, after that, nothing. I didn't see any news about it being limited or only for two days, I just haven't been receiving anything else after that.
I also said this in the comments, but I will say this here: I logged in on Sunday 12/5/2021 and Tuesday 12/7/2021
Those days were bloodpoints, and I have not received those. I appreciate the heads up for the fragments, that's a nice tip. But, I need to state this since it got overlooked a bit, sorry.

The rift fragments don't have a pop up for some reason, but you still get them.

As I said to Bloodshade, I did log in yesterday and Sunday, but I didn't receive those bloodpoints.

Hm, I've been logging in every day, but I don't think I've been getting the rewards either? Not since the first few.

You don't get a pop-up message for rift fragments, but they are still added to your rift progress - unless of course you've already reached the end of it.

It's weird, right? I saw the calendar, but I didn't receive anything else other than 100,000 BP and 500 Iridescent Shards. I haven't been logging in everyday due to work, but I did log in on Sunday, yesterday, and Today only to not receive anything

If you miss a day, you don't get those rewards. I'm rlly only making sure I don't forget to log in on the day for the shards as I'm saving up for Kate's flower in the dark cosmetic.
But yeh. You need to login every day to get the stuff. If you've already completed the rift, you won't get fragments.

I thought I was going insane because I was absolutely logging in on days where the reward wasn't fragments and yet still got nothing.
I guess even the daily login rewards are broken though?

Keep in mind the ‚day‘ changes not at midnight but at 11 am EST/ 17 pm CET
so even if you login in on Tuesday it might have been still time for the rift fragments from Monday.
if you are sure you logged in at the right time you need to contact support (good luck for that though, I am still waiting for a response from my ticket from Nov 14th)

Honestly I don't really want to make a support ticket every day, I'd rather create one at the very end of the month if the issue hasn't been fixed and see what can happen there, especially considering the major backlash

Pretty sure you are not supposed to do one every day but still don’t have to wait til the end of the month? i at least would do one now explaining that you didn’t get the rewards for several days.
they won’t answer immediately either way and so they would hopefully look at all the rewards and check which ones were received and which not… AND fix whatever caused the issue for your account for the remaining upcoming rewards
but I am a naive optimistic Mooks so I really don’t know 🤷♂️

I wonder if there's an issue with the pop-ups, are you all sure you didn't get the points/shards at all?
I got all the rewards so far, but of course the rift fragments don't have a pop-up, so my question is if it's just an issue with the pop-ups not showing up.
Let me know and I'll forward the issue in the meantime.

I don't think so, but should be easy to check later. I'm on just under 31k BP now and I have no intention of playing before the next reward comes in.
Pretty sure I was on 9/10 rift fragments after the last game I played, though, and that should've gone to 4 today, pretty sure...

I also didnt got the pop ups but as far as i know, i still got the rewards.

I remember getting pop ups few days, shards and BPs. I have max rift so I didnt get fragments.
However I havent got any pop up for days now. And its hard to tell if I got BPs since 30k or whatever can be missed.
But I would notice shards since I dont have many of those

Yeah, they probably could have at least put in the bare minimum effort of at least having a pop up every day. Slightly more than that and they could have put some sort of Christmas border around the pop up, or better yet actually had an advent calendar to open in game.

Rift fragments are absolutely worthless to me since I've already reached tier 70 ages ago. This was one of the easiest tomes to complete ever.

I didn't get any shards, rift fragment or bloodpoints from the past 5 days. Only started to get bloodpoints from december 1 and 2. Nothing after that.

Unfortunately I logged in on two days for bloodpoints and I haven't received them. I'm not sure what exactly the issue is. I was eyeing my bloodpoint total and it hasn't changed yet

Well, I got the 30,000 that was supposed to come today, since it came with the 100k compensation for the outages. I'm going to keep an eye on this on Saturday, though, see if it goes back to not saying anything and not awarding BP.
