Hace meses me están penalizando en algunas partidas porque otros jugadores se desconectan, sea superviviente o killer al finalizar tengo una penalización de 5 o 15 min. Juego partidas random solo...

Vengo reclamando a soporte técnico de DBD pero nunca se hicieron cargo. en el día de hoy se desconectaron dos jugadores y me penalizaron por 30 minutos. la pregunta: es porque penalizan si no funciona las penaliaciones? no tiene sentido prohibir y castigar a los jugadores que jugamos limpio.
