Hello ! Is it normal a didn't reveive my shard yet ? My friends received it but not me. I had 2 LF head skin. There is a way to get it now ?

I logged on last night - Jan 28th - and I still don't have mine.

Haven't experienced myself, but people here on forums tell that during some holiday awards for daily logins a lot of people didn't receive the promised rewards, and the devs said "we are looking into it, be patient" and then went to full radio silence about the issue completely. People haven't received the rewards after all, everything was "forgotten".

I've heard people mention it in similar threads about the shards recently. Might be a rumor, but knowing BHVR it sounds completely believable for me.

That’s the thing. Knowing this community it sounds very believable people are lying to talk BHVR down as well. I noticed that the community generally kinda ignores the actual issues but focuses on stuff that not actually happened that way or is outright untrue (even though there is plenty of stuff that went wrong…)

It's not the community's fault the devs have lost all their trustworthiness throughout the years. Fool me once - shame on you, fool me twice - shame on me. BHVR certainly did go much higher than "twice".

As killer, I only facecamp the first hook as Bubba or tunnel the first down as Wraith now, in hopes of making some other survivors quit. I don't buy anything from them anymore.

I even had my Smarface mask equipped when the patch dropped.
Figured BHVR would screw something up and might forget to steal ones people are wearing.

It's been days now and my girlfriend and me have still not received shards for bubba's face removal. Anyone have any relevant information on this subject?

I am fairly certain you need to contact the support team regarding that issue. It happened to a lot of people. So they should know the drill and help you out without much resistance, lol.

Apparently some people didn't get the correct amount of Bloodpoints when the Hawkins Offerings were removed and it was reported as bug aswell, but as far as I know the Devs never acknowledged or fixed it so the situation is a bit different, but I can understand that people transfer their experience with the offerings on the this situation.

Well. I read about this issue NOW as well, but curiously I never noticed those back when those Bp were given out? But I can’t deny if those reports didn’t happen.

Yes, this is probably what they were talking about: BPs for Hawkins offerings, not for daily logins. I must've misinterpreted it, my bad.
I'm not even sure if I was affected by it, since I didn't bother to count the bloodpoints.

I found this post with a quick search, but like I said, I'm pretty sure I saw a bug report aswell.
The amount of Bloodpoints I got seemed too low aswell, that was the reason why I looked in the bug report section back then, but I saw it mentioned in General Diskussions a few times aswell.
The Devs never acknowledged (as far as I know) and it was just Bloodpoints, so I let go (and I guess the other players did so aswell), but people definitely talked about it.

I think the Devs informed us very shortly before they removed the offerings, so many people didn't have the time to count the offerings, so there were probably many people like you, who didn't noticed or weren't sure about it.
I guess people are more vocal about the Shards because Shards are more valuable but also because getting nothing is easier to notice.

Hey! I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue at this moment. I know a lot of people got their shards, but I never did. I don't know if the devs are working on it, I just assumed they would have fixed it by this point.

The current information we have is that they're looking into it and aim to hopefully have it fixed sometime early next week- at this point, two days from now.

I've been updating this thread and others on the forum pretty much constantly.
I appreciate the frustration on this, but it is something that's being addressed and will hopefully be resolved next week.
