We people who didn’t get shards should get 1,000,000,000 blood points for every day we had to wait :)

I finally got my shards. Hopefully this is the final wave and everyone got them. I have my Steam and Epic connected to a BHVR account btw.
EDIT: Also I played bubba on both steam and epic before the masks were removed so that had nothing to do with why the shards were delayed

I didn't mean to make it sound simple, I am sure there are many other situations than just one going on. I've been a dev for 16+ years and I know the pains of trying to capture every situation in a single database query. I know it seems simple to us players, but I'm sure it's been more difficult than anticipated. I was just offering what may be one of many situations. I trust I'll get them eventually, after all Valentines day is coming up and my birthday shortly after. More shards is a welcome gift 😂

At least people on this thread seem to be getting their shards right now in this latest wave.
Hopefully it will account for the majority of players if not all...but please rest assured that everyone who was due shards will get them.

I just got my shards! I gave up hope but here they are just in time to get that amazing trickster skin for valentine's day😍 I appreciate the new information that bhvr is still working on fixing this problem. I'm a bit sad that not everyone has them now. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you guys!

This might sounds dumb but how do you know if you got them?
Do you get pop up with gift msg? Bc I do not remember how many I had and since I purchased some cosmetics it is hard to keep track xD

I got mine today. In fairness i opened a support ticket with my cloud ID and said im really sorry to message about it etc. And they said theyve sent me a message with the shards in game. This was yesterday and today they arrived.
I hadnt messaged as didnt want to bombard them, but if youre one of the stragglers then i think now would be a fair time to open a ticket and give your ID etc. Like i did. They were pretty quick and good about it.
As i said though it took about 24 hours from their reply to get the credit.

Aurics can be proven /w receipts and i'm certain BHVR keeps records of which skin you've bought & when.
Edit: Haven't got my Bubba bux yet and i'm deciding between Artist and God of Desire

Since more people have gotten their shards, just gonna say as a general update that I still haven't gotten mine. I did end up submitting a support ticket with my cloud ID when I made my first comment in here on the 4th, and other than the automated "we've recieved your request" email, nothing's really happened.

still no shards, just want to buy the artist... which ive had 1 mil bp saved up for since they announced these shards.
