Still no shards. @MandyTalk Maybe if you announced on twitter asking those who haven't received the shards to share their steam id's, gamer tags and etc to be proper compensated

Sadly Mandy doesn't run the Twitter account, I think that's a combined effort from Peanits, not_Queen, and DeathByGiggles

I'm sympathetic to the people dealing with the fallout but there's not really a good way to defend this.

Shards aren't easy to grind and in the time waiting to get these shards I've managed to get 11k of them this is not me defending this at all????

I made the 6k shards, spent 4k for BtL & Hoarder and made another 6k shards.
By the time i'll get the 6k bubba bux i'll already have bought God of Desire.

so i guess if you also haven’t received them, email your cloud id.

Welp, yesterday (the day after my last comment), I got an email saying they'd been delivered to me. Took another day for them to show, but I've got them. There's hope, guys; just hang in there (hopefully it won't take another three weeks to get to everyone, but we'll have to see).

Go to the support page and submit a ticket, they will request your cloud ID, then they messaged me saying that they needed my ID so i gave it again, one day after my shards were in

Coming here to say that I've also got my shards. Seems like submitting a ticket is the way to go for anyone still missing them. You can preemptively send in your Cloud Id to avoid the turnaround time for the second message.

Support are not sending out the shards themselves. There's still work being done on sending the shards to everyone who has received them, which is why we have not advised users to send Support tickets.
