Is this teaming?
So I'm in a match and this guy here is the killer and he's streaming. One of the survivors started pointing at the pride flag apparently and he let's them live and goes after everyone else. Does that count as teaming? I asked in the stream and he said that's not teaming it's just called being wholesome. Am I wrong for calling him out? Cause if thats the case I'll just point at the pride flag every match. 🤷♂️

Ehh I guess by definition it's teaming but not really anything too bad? I'm always nice with Tricksters and they'll let me live and kill everyone else. I never purposely grief my teammates though in these situations. So I would consider it being wholesome more than anything with little harm being done. It's nice to not take the game too seriously sometimes and to just have some fun even if it's not playing the game as intended.

Killers can choose to kill or not kill whoever there is, otherwise everyone will be banned for dropping a chase.
I don't know what killer can do as teaming really, if survivor sabotage others and killer takes advantage of it, is it teaming and bannable? so killers should intentionally let someone who got trolled escape?

Basically it's like pig letting you go because you booped the snoot. I definitely wouldn't count on it working with anyone except that specific player though.

Not teaming unless the survivor actively works with killer and showing him other survivors and helping with their demise. Its just being a dick

From what a mod told me here once I would say that this is fine. A killer can choose to spare a life for what ever reason they want. Teaming would be when one survivor shows the location of another survivor and gets to escape as a reward. Stuff like that is generally counter as teaming and is forbidden

report them. They deserve a perma ban imo. so toxic

Is it teaming with the other three survivors when you commit to tunneling one?

where did the teammate work with the killer?
They didnt?
then its not teaming.

Yeah, exactly

Its not teaming, unless the survivor directly helps the killer (eg leading the killer to every survivor to get them killed)

As long as the Survivor is not actively helping the killer - so not leading the killer to other survivors, not sandbagging the other survivors so they get caught, not blocking the hook to prevent a save by another survivor etc, then there's no issue as it's not directly working with the killer - the killer is just choosing to not chase/hook/kill that one player, they're not actually working together.
