What should I do if I am not sure if the player hacked or a bug occured
Was playing on PC on Eyrie of Crows against a Plague with a Jill, a Feng and a Claire and something very strange happend:
When the Jill was being picked up from the ground, she was stuck in place and the Feng we had dc'd. The plague walked towards us and she was unable to attack or use her power and her model was "flexing" with her arm.
We were able to heal the Jill and she seemed afk, when suddenly she started to tp around a little and touched gens.
I thought that just a bug had occured and just repaired the gens, but right after the gens were done, the Jill just escaped from the match, without the hatch being there or the exit gates being open.
This seemed very suspicious, so I am unsure, whether a bug had occured which caused the Jill to be in this bugged state, or if she is actually hacking OR if they abused a bug, which would require the Feng to dc.
I am now unsure how I should report his, cause like I said: I have no idea if it was an exploit, a bug or a hacker.

You can report it the regular way, our team will assess the situation and are able to tell the difference between a bug or a hack. People are not banned if there's any doubt about the situation so you don't need to worry about getting someone in trouble unnecessarily.

Then I shall report it the regular way.
Thank you for the quick answer!

Remember though you need to have video proof and have it put up on YouTube then link the video in the report for anything to be done.

Of course, I recorded my match and will send the footage :3 I just didn't add it here on the forum, since I didn't blur any names and didn't want anyone to harass them or anything.
