yes it's exclusive no they won't as this was only obtainable through buying something off the dbd merch shop.

This is a cosmetic that will remain "exclusive" as it was connected to a purchase from the merch store a long time ago.

But you never know with BHVR.

Like legacy it will never be released again. Also like legacy it screams cheater and avoid me in the pre game lobby if their profile is private.
