Even though the Bloodweb will regenerate indefinetely each time it is completely consumed,your level will not go higher than 50.
You can now increase your prestige by consuming the Bloodweb center node.

Has anyone prestige a character?
Ive heard you only get clothes for your character from it so it hasn’t really been worth it.

omg I feel this so much. I've not prestiged Legion because I'd never run the bloody set over the blighted set and have most of the perks I've got on him... and every blood web this pops up. It's getting really old.

I get the annoyance as I have my characters all over level 50 and I no longer prestige (have never prestiged my killers!).
We will be addressing the grind in the future - no information available as of right now I'm afraid, so I don't believe anything will change with regards to removing this option constantly being available on the bloodweb for right now.

That, and ‘better’ items get a miniscule higher chance of appearing in your bloodweb.

It’s really nothing to prestige for. I have a substantial amount of killers P3-50’d, and I haven’t exactly noticed a great difference. Maybe slightly more iri nodes.

Yes, all you get is a bloody outfit and weapon in the case of killers. I did it for the achievements, otherwise it's 100% not worth it.

Speaking of the grind, are you able to tell us if there will be cakes for the anniversary again? I know it's still a little bit of a ways off, but I don't want a lack of cakes to sour my opinion on any other cool stuff you might have planned and would love to get over my disappointment now if possible lol.

There's also like a 3% increased chance of getting higher rarity things in your blood webs. Definitely not worth it.
