Sorry if this is a Re-Topic, but I couldn’t find the original. Normally we have a topic discussion somewhere about what the Devs are saying in the Loading screens.
So, unless someone links me, I’m just going to post here.

Yeah, I can never see the code long enough to decipher. Anyone wanna post that one? Also the ‘Put a Ringu’ on it was the one that made me cringe the hardest, so far.

I saw one where someone (I forget their name, apologies) mused about whether Dr Horrible would be a good outfit for Doctor, and that was definitely unexpected.
Spurred me to go listen to that soundtrack again, haha.

I'll be the the first to say I didn't figure it out myself. Spoilers in case people do want to try and decode it for themselves.

I dont have a screen shot but there a The Thing quote in there. "Why don't we just wait here for a little while, see what happens". My favorite horror film I would love to see it come into the game but I seriously doubt it ever will.

I saw one along the lines of "We have been trying to reach you concerning your vehicles extended warranty." with a picture of The Doctor staring directly at Feng. That one made me laugh, though sadly I forgot who said it.

this one made me smile for real, just a silly refference to The Thing, but it was so nice seeing it. I could go nuts and say this is a hint that it would be coming soon to the game, but honestly I like the idea of it being just this, a refference made by a fan. It is just nice seeing someone in the team also being a fan of The Thing. God I hope Justin is just as much as a fan boy as I am and keeps telling the other members of the staff "hey guys, hear me out, this movie here would be GREAT to add to the game!!!"

The funny thing is loading screen tips is something they could do a lot better with especially from the survivor side about how killers play. Some of the information given is utterly useless. Granted you don't want to give away the killer they are up against after the first while but at the same time they could still give out good tips against certain killers at random (you may or may not be facing that killer) that aren't immediately intuitive.
Such as The Pig's traps timer only starts when a generator is completed. Think carefully about whether you want to finish that generator if you or a team mate has a trap on your head.
Hags traps can be negated by crouching over them.
Blight must first collide into a wall at least once while rushing in order to attack. (This one is the most recent I was unaware of having just played my first two Blight games now)
Granted in many cases you can lead a horse to water and all that, but some people are just honestly unaware of how the game works and it lacks a tutorial for many aspects.
Having said that, alternating between tips and various comments from developers would be nice. I was going to collect all of them or as many as I could but I just keep forgetting/don't have the energy.

It’s called dry humor, I’m sure you connected the dots and came to the correct conclusion. The joke is imagining BHVR is a company that is openly cool with cannibalism and has a co-worker that practices it and also that he is such a monster that he’d fit right in with our cast of Killers. Not to mention he thinks his reasoning on why they won’t do it is absurd, since we already got two chainsaw Killers and both Hag and Leatherface are cannibals lol.
