For the People + WGLF?
Do these 2 perks synergize?
I had a game the other day where I had a WGLF stack from safely unhooking someone and used For the People on a teammate, but they didn't get the endurance effect when they got up. Is that intentional or did I misunderstand something about the perks?

I'm actually checking on this right now, as there's a bug report in on it. FtP had some interactions previously where using it didn't count it as a healing action - so I'm wondering about that.

I hope that's a bug because I've wanted to try that combo. I don't like how previously only swf could get consistent use out of the FTP/soul guard synergy.

I remember hearing Otz mention that you might have to actually heal for a quick moment using WGLF before you can pop FTP, but whether or not thats true is beyond me. if thats true, that kinda severely limits the perk atm...you literally dont have time for that when using FTP.

FWIW, I think it should work as it provides a nice synergy...I have discussed this with the Team so we will look into it.

It does work if you heal for a moment. It’s bugged and doesn’t work if you try to use FTP instantly.

thanks for the info. Yeah, i just instantly used the perk while the killer was chasing someone else out the gate. If I knew i had to heal a little first then pop the perk, I would have done that. oof.

I remember using FtP to try to quickly do the challenge where you need to heal 2 players up from the floor whilst using empathy in a single game. Didn't count towards that either :(

Ok after discussion, yes these perks should definitely work together and you shouldn't have to start the heal first...so I've gone ahead and reported that in as a bug.

Does anyone know if For The People work with Renewal? I believe the answer will be no but its worth asking anyways.

It does not. I had the same idea pre-patch, used FtP to get someone to healthy asap to get my renewal ready and it just didn't work.

I think the perk combination is broken again. I just tried to FTP a teammate 2 times in 2 different games and they didn't get the endurance. (I 100% had a WGLF stack, safe unhook)

Wow so you mean it actually isn’t nerfed?? I tried this the other day with a friend and after so many tries of not being able to pull it off I ended up finally doing it and the killer just downed him within a second lol so i thought you guys nerfed it. Good to hear that a fun synergy will stay
