Looking for some good synergy perks with Head On. I’ve been using Quick and Quiet to great effect but other perks like Flashbang haven’t gone well for me.
Also keep in mind I’m SoloQ so my 4th perk slot is taken up by Kindred.

Inner strength (or whatever nancy's perk is called) goes well if your willing to clean bones.
