Had a hacker, now I'm curious about a charm they hacked onto their hook
Earlier today I was up against a pretty obvious hacker (using perks he didn't have equipped, ran too fast, teleports, the whole shebang) AND hacked prestige outfit and charms. Including the fogwhisperer charm AND one I have never seen before, and that one intrigued me:
It was for skulls and some of the entity claws/thorns, glowing red.
I can't find what charm that is, and I'd love to know if that is a charm like the fogwhisperer/twitch charm or if that is something available to all players fair and square.
Cause it looked dang cool.

I suspect that's the Developer Charm that is given to BHVR Staff members only.

btw. here is a (bad) Screenshot of this Charm, when I went against a Killer-Bot, who had this Charm, the Fog Whisperer and the Twitch-Charm. He somehow did not manage to kill me and was just standing there.
