Why did my killer get taken away?

 Its been awhile since ive played dbd maybe two months. So i wanted to start geting back into the groove and kill some survivors with the new killer i saw. After buying i saw that instead of the suvior jeff being by himself (since i had everyone else at the time) The clown was below him saying i had to buy him again. I thought it was just a glitch  so i restarted my ps4 to see if it would fix itself but its still telling me i have to buy it again. The first time I purchased it with blood shards and didnt buy the killer pack. Does anyone know what happened? >_<

    It seems like uninstalling the game on consoles erases all information about killers bought in the in-game store.

    I would recommend submitting a ticket. I had that occur to me after the cosmetics were released and they fixed it within 24 hours.

    If it's not reappeared after restarting the console I would suggest contacting support directly https://support.deadbydaylight.com they should be able to assist you.
