What Type of Toxicity is Bannable?

So, I've been kind of thinking about this recently, and I wanted to know if any of these things that've been happening to me as a killer main/survivor recently are bannable:
Survivor Activity-
1. Waiting at the exit gate/hatch for more than 5 minutes to waste my time/teabag
2. Telling me to kill myself or uninstall the game in post-game chat
3. Farming for bloodpoints

Killer Activity-
1. Blocking the exit to the basement (Not even trying to hit me, just to trap me in there for like 10 minutes)
2. Rage Quitting
3. Leaving salty comments on survivor profiles (survivors also have done this to me, not just killers)

I can't really remember who did these to me, but if any of these things are bannable, let me know so I can report them next time, thanks.

    Survivor activity

1 - no as you can make them leave so its down to you both.

    2- yes bannable

3 - depends working with the killer to farm teammates is bannable any other farming no.

    Killer activity

1 - yes as it's holding the game hostage.id no one is hooked and the game cannot progress, if others are alive doing gens then it's not in theory.

2 - yes if they do it too much but it's automatic so no report needed.

3 - only if they are extreme like death threats.

I think the #########(added racial slurs) have resulted in bans before

By doing this its called holding the game hostage. If he is not hitting you, and you are not hooked. It is a bannable offense from what i know, though only if no one else is in the match. As @twistedmonkey stated

    survivor:
    1. no
    2. yes
    3. no

    killer
    1. bannable only if there is no timer running (blocking is fine if someone is on a hook, rbt or sth similar)
    2. passing the magical DC rate is bannable on both sides (but you will never reach it)
    3. none of BHVRs buisness, however if it becomes verbal harassment, then you can report to steam

    Survivor:
1: No, hit them or wait, you're choice, but you've still got the power to end it and they're not going to be punished for not wanting to lose.
    2: Yes.
3: No, unless they're griefing another player while doing so. e.g. Forcing a player to farm when they don't want to, farming at someone else's expense.

    Killer:
    1: Yes.
2: No- well yes, but you don't need to report anyone for it. Disconnects are automatically tracked in the back end. If they disconnect too much, they're going to be automatically flagged and banned. Same goes for survivors.
3: No, we can't ban them, that's out of our reach. You'd have to report them to Valve, Microsoft, or Sony depending on the platform you're one.

But if you think of anything else, I'd recommend checking the thread @MandyTalk posted. It's pretty detailed and should cover just about anything you can think of.
