Can anyone help me with starting a dead by daylight DND campaign?

(Sorry mods if this is against any rules/not the place. Just thought the DBD community could help)

So im not too sure how to start this campaign (anyone who wants to play and/or cowrite this with me feel free)

The basic concept is: certain killers of the realm team up with Trapper and the Lich (vecna) to stand up against the Entity and stop the madness of the realms once and for all. Vecna has broken his seal of negation (think its called that idrk how to spell it). The entity is now vulnerable and Vecna and some other witches in the realm (mikaela mostly, as i think shes the strongest surv magic user) can see where the entitys core is. (I imagine since the entity technically has no body i can kinda like yk. Mess around with stuff and not necessarily stick to canon and make up my own stuff SLIGHTLY) the entity will not go out without a fight and sends its loyal subjects and killers and creatures to stop the revolution.

The team must go through realms, maps, the void and other unexplored places to take the entity down.

So. Thats the concept. But i have no clue how to start it since i cant do the usual "you all wake up in a prison" as thats what i mostly always do or some variation of it (ik lazy writing but i rarely play with the same party twice so its not repetitive or nun)

So do i do it like "you all meet around the campfire" or like how.

    Well, we'd like clarification on things. Is it killers against the entity, survivors, both? cause we have a hard time seeing both teams working together willingly. Would love 2 stories running concurrently personally with team Vecna and team survivors.

    For a starting point, Vecna broke his seal and is gunning for the entity, he recruited other killers who are tired of the entity (thinking Trapper, Wraith, Spirit, and similar). Each joining for their own reason. The survivors meanwhile see an opening to either escape forever, or atleast cripple their tormentors so either join Vecna or are off on their own depending on what you want the story to be like.

    For purposes of starting the campaign, if you’re cool with making up a bit of lore, then maybe there could be a separate “killer realm” where all the killers live when they aren’t being summoned into trials. This would give an explanation of how the killers were able to talk to each other, often enough to plan a revolution.

    There could also be a separate survivor realm, where all the survivors live when they aren’t being summoned into trials. The main difference is that whenever a survivor is summoned into a trial, they get temporary amnesia so they always think it is the first trial they’ve been in. Maybe there could be a lore explanation that Mikaela did some magic ritual to make herself immune to the amnesia. Or maybe Vecna did some magic ritual to make Mikaela immune to amnesia when he recruited her to the revolution, and he was periodically talking to her when they were summoned into the same trial?

    The short version of this idea is the campaign could start in this made up “killer realm”, in some made up building where the killers are having one of their revolution meetings?

    Im thinkin kinda a mixture. Like, some survivors wanna help the killers so they can also escape. Some (like bill id imagine) want to hurt the killers so they can escape and injure the killers yk?

    Ooo i really like the idea of the separate realms.

    I think maybe sable and mikaela couldve done the ritual during a trial against Vecna. They were originally doing weaving but Vecna went down to the basement as was like "here. Say/do this instead. Trust me" or something like that.

    If not that imma do it where the players have to figure out how to get rid of the survivors amnesia
