i dont understand . what is the point of nerfing survivors ,, it will be even harder vs top 3 who everyone knows , better focus on buffing weak killers and useless or forgotten perks which were nice in past and now are ... like pwyf , it wouldnt make nurse op but it would help with those weak m1 killers

To keep it simple, it's a change to make vaulting work like it should have. When windows have a blocker in front of them (like the Ironworks window does on the outside, or the cow tree), they are not meant to be fast vaulted. Those blockers were put there specifically to prevent that from happening and to add a bit more skill and strategy to it. By running the loop the correct way, either side can make the loop more beneficial to them.
That didn't necessarily stop people, however, and sometimes you could run towards the window in a specific way to get a fast vault anyway. This has been changed. Now if a window is designed to not give you a fast vault from that direction, you'll get a medium vault instead.
