Ghostface with Monitor and Abuse?
Anyone thought of that? This perk could be very beneficial when his powers out and hes still recharging.
I know for a fact im using it, just wanted to know how you guys would feel.

Why in the world would someone downvote you? To answer your question though, yes, I think that is an excellent idea.

Agreed, I fully plan to use it on him, as I think it not only helps with his stealth, but it just makes sense for the character from the movies.

Right back at ya bud

I'll likely be using his perks a bit so M&A wouldn't work well for me. It would counter furtive chase by making the TR bigger in chases.

Imao not worh he has full distance TR so it doesn't do much.

Using M&A on him makes zero sense.
Whatever makes you happy.

I doubt you'll be getting gen grabs like I was in the PTB without it. It gives him actual stealth unless you're in a chase, in which case it becomes irrelevant, or maybe possibly beneficial with people on gens thinking you're closer than you are. Someone told me after a game it made dem poopy dem pants with one of them yoinks.

It still has some creative uses. A default terror radius has a range of about two tiles. Monitor & Abuse takes that down to one and a half. With that, you can get closer before activating your power to reduce the risk of getting spotted on your way over.
On top of that, you can pair it with whispers. Whispers III has a range of 32m, the same as the default terror radius. With Monitor & Abuse, you can activate your power once Whispers activates and the survivor will never hear your terror radius.
Also, much like the pig, your terror radius gradually fades when you activate your power. Monitor & Abuse will increase the rate at which it fades, allowing you to hide your terror radius sooner.

Just don’t pair it with that Furtive Chase perk lol

Hell no that perks trash

Can anyone tell me WHY it’s good on Ghostface? Not just “it matches his character in the films.” Can anyone tell me what good uses you can get out of using M&A on Ghostface? You’re in stealth mode half of the round, which takes away your terror radius, so what’s the point of it?

It allows you to be stealthy even with NS on cooldown granted youre not in a chase. It also makes others nearby worry youre suddenly closer than you are.

I can only think that it would help in instances where you're forced out of stealth. Whether by sight, pallet hit, or when you basic attack someone. That's the only use I can figure off the top of my head..

Furtive Chase reduces terror radius while in chase (and is one of Ghostface's core perks)
Monitor And Abuse increases terror radius while in chase (which does the opposite of Ghostface's core perk Furtive Chase)
Ghostface has a terror radius reduction while in chase perk for a reason. A lot of the time he has zero terror radius while in stealth mode, to me Monitor And Abuse is a wonderful perk for all Killers except stealth killers because they have stealth to do the job of M & A

to be fair ghostface should have 24 meter base terror radius, he is already way too recongnizable with that mask

M&A i would not use it since hes power can be unlimited the only good build on him its enduring spirit fury ruin and haunted ground just to make the game slow and get rid off the insane pallets that have some maps

At the moment I use following build:
Hex: Haunted Ground (To get a potential early down without using my power, also it gives Ruin a possibly longer playtime)
Hex: Ruin (For slowing the game down)
Whispers: (Is my playstyle with him at the moment, I go to stealth immidiately after the match started, I walk until Whispers lights up and then I start to crouch so I can't be spotted that easily. I played only 1 match with his build so far cuz I thought it could be a good one)
Nurses Calling: (Since you can make your Terror Radius to 0, it's a pretty good Perk in my opinion. Of course they can hear you from an 8 metre distance but that's so little time to react, you will probably get a down when you sneak up on them, maybe you can stalk them also)
I play without addons at the moment cuz I have a feeling he is viable without addons (thank god) and I also do well without them. I only used recovery speed once with a bit faster stalk and longer Exposed duration so far.

Monitor and abuse isn't needed if you want to pressure survivors. It's far more advantageous to be running a night shroud recovery rate increase add on.
Ghostygoo already has a strong power of confusion at his disposal. Get to learn it and you will notice little or no improvement plus you'll get a free perk slot to use.

I personally would just prefer putting shadowborn on him as his stealth is so frequently available that I would really ever get the left without it.
So monitor and abuse would mostly be useless.
