Yeah. Apparently most of (if not all) white cats with blue eyes are born deaf.

This is our eldest (Kit). He's almost 11.
And this is our latest addition (Wade). We think he's about 1.
Both cat's were strays. The top one was living in the garden bin (the bin used to take away grass cuttings and the like) with an infected foot. He was lucky and only lost a toe.
The bottom one was stray living at our friends house and she was doing her best to feed him, but she already has 10 cats (not kidding) so couldn't adopt him... so my wife took him. :) He's lovely but absolutely COVERED in scars. There's a pretty nasty one on his left shoulder, but it doesn't seem to bother him.

I named her Godzilla, because she acts like one :)

Sorry for the late reply, it is a "Blob fish". They only take on that overly grotesque appearance when taken from the water or brought closer to the surface. Since they live very deep where the pressure is intense their bodies are basically jelly that is held in shape by the pressure. Once removed from these conditions they sort of "melt" or turn into a puddle of sorts as the pressure is no longer present to hold their jelly bodies together.

The first cat is named Shelby and the other is Midnight. Midnight was the first and he likes to sleep and eat a lot. Shelby likes to chill by that window. I couldn't find better photos. :/

Both of my cats, Lila-Belle and Gizmo, are huge on cuddling but Lila is mouthy. Gizmo just wants love and enjoys a good belly rub.
