Where would you go to report hate speech and harassment?
just a question I've gotten this toxic survivor multiple time and says awful things at the end of the game every time and I've reported him multiple times to no avail

Report them in-game, report them to Steam or through whatever other service/console you're using. Sad little people being sad little people's just a reality in online multiplayer, but don't focus on the LDE and just go back to having fun.

when he did it in the end game chat, report him by using the ingame report option.
that will automatically save the chat log, so when a dev looks at your case, they have all the needed evidence.
you can additionally report them on steam aswell (if you are using a computer that is), to increase the chances for him to get a punishment.

If it's regarding comments on your profile or by private Steam messages, then please report to Steam directly.
If this is on console, then you will need to report directly to the relevant party (Sony or Microsoft) for chat offences on their platform.
