Survivors are rewriting the rules again!
It is blowing my mind that we are now seeing survivors on this forum openly stating reasons why they are entitled to DC from a match. I've started in-game reporting everyone who DC's from a match for unsportsmanlike conduct (DC'ing is specifically stated on the report screen.) I hope everyone who reads this post will pledge to join me.

DC'ing has no punishment unless someone dc's quite a lot so reporting is basically useless right now.
Also don't act like killers don't dc a lot too.

The Devs have said not to report dcs, they have a system for dcs and you’re just flooding them with reports, slowing down their ability to punish other things.

If the devs start getting a lot of reports then maybe they will start taking it seriously.

Don't report people for DCING currently. It just fills up report space for them if the DCER passes a certain DC thresh hold they get punished I am pretty sure and only then. So don't clutter it with useless reports please :>

DC reports do nothing, they've said this time and time again. All we can do is wait until the DC changes that they talked about come in, Which I don't see happening anytime soon.
Until then we basically can do nothing about it since the whole threshold Idea clearly doesn't and hasn't worked.

That's how protesting works people. Of course they don't want to be flooded with DC reports, but if we do flood them with reports they might have to actually start taking action. Also, if the argument is they need the report channel free for more important things, I would say the DC's have now become the more important thing as more often than not they are the thing breaking the game right now.

I mean, it's a pretty common and hilariously hypocritical thing. Survivors justifying DCing for silly reasons while mocking killers that DC, killers straight up encouraging people to DC from bad maps while whining about survivors doing it 😄
Hopefully DC punishments will inconvenience people into doing it less overall.

You are actually slowing them down though, they’re working on a new system so you aren’t accomplishing anything other than slowing them down.

It's no different from killers openly stating what they lobby dodge over. Saying "its fine and dandy for killer mains to dodge but awful when survivors do it" does not work with people over age 6.
