Please help i keep disconnecting

This only happens when im trying to play swf. I'll queue and getting into the loading screen for a match and it always stops at the same spot. Then it will take me to the end game screen and it says that i disconnected this is only happening in swf and sometimes solo queue and killer, is this happening to anyone else?
