I just finished the part one of the archives, I can see part 4 for some reason, and I'm just slightly confused as to what I should do now to get rift fragments. Do I just play the game?

It says on the news section in the game itself that Tome ll won't release until November 13th. November 13th is when the event ends itself but The Rift that has the serums will still be up for 2 months+
So basically, to get more Rift Fragments you need to just level up your player level... which you do so by just playing the game normally. I say player level, but each new rift fragment has its own agenda for how much exp you need to get another Fragment.
You can see how much EXP you need until the next Fragment is given by looking where your archives tab is on the right hand side with in the Survivor or Killer lobby.
what does this mean?
It means you'll still be able to get the serums for about 2 months and after That Rift closes, you'll have 2 weeks to spend your serums before they expire.
Tome ll (The next part in the challenges tab) won't release until (like I said above) November 13th, which is when the event also ends... note, The Event, not The Rift that lets you collect the serums it's just the event that ends on that date.
