We need more Auric Cells in the Rift?

Yeah I think 1250 would be fair since we already paid for the game and the rift pass it should give you back more than the cells you spent on it

Exactly, you already paid for the game, dumped hundreds of hours into it, and now you should be able to put 10$ worth of auric cells into the game and get 12$ back???
You don't need the pass, if it isn't for you, or not your style you don't need it, it's only cosmetics and you'll still progress in the free track.

Not at all, why should you get paid to progress?
they already give you the 1000 auric cells back, which will be enough to get the next pass. If no one spends the 1000 auric cells they get back you could theoretically buy every pass they bring out from here on.

I know everyone hates it but...
In Fortnite you can:
1) Earn Premium Currency
2) Battle Pass gives you 1500 V-Bucks for paying 950 V-Bucks.
Of course you need to pay to earn premium currency.
Battle Pass give 150% of what you paid and IT'S FREE GAME.
We have Store, DLC, base game, Battle Pass for real money.
Fortnite have Store, Battle Pass and one mode for real money.

The Battlepass seems fine, although I also believe that DBD should become F2P (just the base game, not the DLC of course).
The Rift gives as much AC as the price of the Battlepass (provided you finish the Rift). Why want more? We pay it finally only once to obtain cosmetics. The sooner you buy it, the longer you play, the more advantageous it will be. And you ask for a positive AC balance too?!
Obviously, I would not spit for more (sorry, french expression, I do not know the correct equivalent), but currently it does not seem scandalous...

in my opinion the only change rifts should get is to give on free track some small shards rewards cos its to empty right now

Fortnite is a billion dollar franchise they can afford to throw extra money at people that do go all out to complete a pass because there is likely more people that buy it than get close enough to getting the money back.

This might be unrelated, but have the devs given any eta on when they'll be fixing the rift bugs on Xbox? Sucks that I can't get my cells back but i guess it's not that big a deal right now.

Legitimately will not pay a penny until I know I can proceed to the end of the rift. I really don't give a flying F- about costumes and charms. I'm really just interested in doing the Tome. And when the tasks becomes impossible as I've been told it will, then I can take a break and do something else.

Id actually prefer they lowered the auric cells they are offering as it seems to be the main cause of why the challenges are what they are.

People in here saying DbD isn't, and nor should it follow, Fortnite in regards to any business model. Why not, when a F2P game without a dozen DLC packs can be openly generous with their player base?
I've never bought Auric cells, and I never planned to until this pass. I'm sure there are a lot of people like me, who are kinda poor and refuse to pay like $10 for a darn skin. And yet, this pass is putting money in bHVR's hands, coming from US cheap bastards.
Why not have it be 1500, what's the harm? I'm not going to buy cells for random cosmetics anyway, so it's not like they're losing money on a large portion of their audience. It's just an easy source of positive vibes they can send to, and receive back from, their playerbase.
Also, put iridescent shards on the free track, please. There being multi-level gaps is not a good look

I think the amount of Auric cells you get is actually generous and quite fair - enough to enable you to rebuy the next Rift when it gets released so technically you wont ever have to pay for a rift again...self paying battle pass...im down for that
