Should I send a ticket to support for missing cosmetics from inventory?
Is this just happened to some players or a general bug and they will be returned?
I've only noticed few items like Kate's and Hillbilly"s summer BBQ event items and David's Howling grounds jacket. So should I wait for them to reappear or is this an individual problem and I should send a ticket?

These cosmetics have been missing since the 3.3.0 update. In the bug report's section you can find multiple people asking about it, you are not alone with this bug. There hasn't been any real acknowledgment that the Dev's know about it since it happened. It might be worth making a ticket since not everyone seem's to have been hit by this bug making the cosmetic's vanish, otherwise there would be alot more complaints. It's a shame really, cause those were my favorite cosmetic's to use on them.

Yes, you should for sure send a support ticket in so they're aware of the issue.

If you have any proof of the ownership of these skins, that would also help them with returning them to you! If not, they'll still find a way to figure it out.
