No... I mean the tome, part 1, level 1, whatever you want to call it... will last for as long The Archives will exist...
They're always there to go back to and finish whenever you want to go and do them...

If you don't believe me for some reason, here's the proof to listen for yourself.
Skip to 0:42 to hear and I quote "The Tome is always available and can be completed at any time."
They did this so new player who're just getting into the game can play the Tomes we got to play at the start. The only thing that ends is The Rift seasons... once those end the charms in there will be lost forever, the skins will make their way to the shop eventually.

It lasts for as long as you want to finish it... You can either finish the entire thing or skip right to the end, its entirely up to you and you can always go back to it.
The next part (Tome ll) won't release until November 13th, the same day the event ends.

Do you mean the level 1 will last for 6x days? Even at time the level 2 released?
