Does Thanatophobia affect mending?

I'm just playing Legion and wondering if Thanatophobia affects everything. The wiki says it affects "action speeds", but the game says it only affects healing, repair and sabotage speeds.

No, it does not affect anything which is not healing, repair or Sabotage. So mending, Snap Out, Wake Up, etc. are not affected by Thanatophobia.

No, nothing has an effect against mending except the add-ons Legion uses to extend the mend timer.
Otherwise, Nurse's doesn't work on it, neither does Thanatophobia, Dying Light, etc... It's not a "healing action" despite the name suggesting it is. It's its own separate healing state that isn't changed by any perk... the only thing that changes it is Legions mend timer items.
