New Idea of New Perk Against DC
For the killer, a perk “No One Can Disconnect” in a way that the DCed would be still counted as scarified and gives The corresponding BP to the killer. The BP granted to the killer would be deducted against the DCed and one rank point would also be removed from the DCed.
For survivor, just run the same logic.

I like the spirit behind the idea, but I’d never use this. 4 DCs in a match would quickly shoot me up to ranks I don’t want to play in! (Assuming I earned a pip from each one who quits.)
I’m a casual player. Some people take the game waaaaay too seriously. I want to stay far from them!

How bout making that perk baseline?

I worry about even joking about solving every problem in this game with a perk. The devs rely on that too much already.

Sure, it would be great too..
In considering of the DC would normally be related to the fear of drop rank, extra BP deduction and a drop of a rank point seems to be working.

Im just imagining some seriously boosted killers who pipped like crazy cuz they brought a shroud offering, and 4 survivors assumed it was an ebony.

How about adding in “if you DC, you are barred from joining SWF for 30 min”?

Yeah, the idea is great. However, since dev could not identify whether it is an intention DC or accident DC, a 10 min ban from joining a game would be nice?

True, but surely a DC means the connection was too unstable to handle the rigors of SWF, right? They can take the time to reset their equipment. Try a solo queue to test it out. By then 30 minutes are done and they can search out their buddies again.
