Are you unable to grab survivors jumping into Hatch

Are you not able to grab survivors going into the hatch anymore? Because whenever I try it doesn’t work, ever. Like yesterday I was even mori’ing someone who was jumping into the hatch before I grabbed him, and the mori also stopped.

They took out being able to grab someone when they changed the hatch mechanics. You can close the hatch now but you can't grab them out anymore.
As for the mori issue, it was probably just latency if I had to guess.

you should be able to grab them, its just a little more finicky now.
