Hex: Deprivation

Survivors lose hope as the the things they value most go away. When at least one survivor has died Hex: Deprivation is applied to a random dull totem on the map.

For each survivor that is dead or sacrificed action speed to repair, cleanse, healing, and sabotage is decreased by 4%/6%/8%. While Hex: Deprivation is up survivors can't see auras outside of a range of 32/28/24 meters.

Hex: Deprivation can't be triggered more than once.

The Hex effects persist as long as the related hex totem is standing.
