Couple Forum fixes.

Hey fellas!

Just wanted to make a quick note that we've fixed couple of things today on the forum.

• Always-bold-text while typing a comment is fixed.
• White-on-white quotes are fixed.
• Changed "Vote Up" count color to orange for better visibility.
• Attached the Twitter widget to the right side on all forum pages (Thanks to @Peanits and @Patricia !)
• DEAD BY DAYLIGHT logo at the top is no longer offset (I know, we can't believe it either).
