Plague: A (not so minor) rework
Plague, while an.... Interesting killer to play, has some flaws that are very obvious. Mostly, how it's a rinse and repeat kind of killer. I, hereby submit a minor help for our favorite Babylonian: (Edited because you guys are really smart)
1: When all 4 players are Infected and have the Broken condition, a random clean Pool of Devotion becomes Corrupted. This way, the Plague has a Corrupt Purge without waiting for a Survivor to Cleanse.
2: Every 1.5 minutes (90 seconds) while all 4 Survivors are Infected and have the Broken condition, a random clean Pool of Devotion becomes Corrupted. This way there is a NEED to have people Cleanse, or the Plague will keep getting free Corrupt Purge for the rest of the game.
3: For Balance, Corrupt Purge only lasts 30-45 seconds and has half the range of Vile Purge, with add-ons to increase duration and charge speed while Corrupt Purge is active.
4: Infected Survivors begin spreading the infection when they first get infected, and gain a permanent Exhausted condition if they remain Broken and Infected for more than 60 seconds, which is removed if they Cleanse. However: the passive timer for Infection increases by 30 seconds.
5: Addition of addons that cause different effects instead of (or in addition to) the Exhausted effect.

3 minutes sounds a bit long, maybe shorten that to one amd a half, so there's more pressure to cleanse

I think they deserve to be exhausted when broken. Also sickness should spread even when survivors aren't broken.
I hate when I played plague that I'd infect a survivor but because they weren't broken they wouldn't spread the sickness. Meant it took me a lot longer to spread it.
In really life your usually exhausted when your sick so it makes since. It would make some survivors cleanse a lot quicker since they have no comfort of a dead hard or sprint burst when in a chase

I like the changes, but as a player who plays plague a lot i would say the corrupt purge should only last 45 seconds with the changes (now 60) for balance reasons.

I think I have a better approach to this goal:
- A random Pool of Devotion becomes corrupted passively after X time (assume 1 minute). The timer for this will only start when a minimum of 1 Survivor is Infected (when no Survivors are Infected, the timer is paused
- The timer runs faster with each additional Survivor that becomes Infected
- Addons can be added/tweaked to affect the above which can lead to more varied game-play
Survivors now have to weigh up the options of whether to cleanse themselves and have both health states to endure in a chase, or risk the Plague coming along and downing them once a Pool of Devotion becomes corrupted.

Yeah. That's enough incentive to get people to cleanse.

I think that is a bit much. At that rate they will be forced to cleanse which isn't my intention.
I want the survivors who are sick to spread the sickness easier while also having a bigger disadvantage for staying broken.

Hold your horses. Corrupted Purge is a very strong tool.
To buff base Plague we first would have to nerf Corrupteg Purge.
