Why does iron will not work while in the dying state anymore?

Or did it never use to?

Iron will does work in the dying state. Just played killer and followed the last downed survivor (who I confirmed had Iron will) around for 2 minutes and they made nothing but crawling sounds.

Yet when I use iron will and am down I can hear my survivor making noises.. I don't get it.

That's a bug. Survivors shouldn't be able to silence their grunts in the Dying State.

To the best of my knowledge, it never did. Looking at the wording across both versions (the 1.0.0 and the 2.3.0, our current one), it says "caused by injuries" so that probably means that it's only MEANT to work in the injured state too (deep wounds is just an extension of injured).

But don't worry, sound bugs mean that you probably won't have to worry, iron will is base kit for a lot of us.
