Raise the XP cap.
Currently there is a cap on the amount of XP you can earn per match. For those that don’t know, XP is earned based on how much time you spend in a match at a rate of 1XP/second. You also get some minuscule amount of XP based on your emblems, but it’s nothing major. My average game last about 12-15 mins, so theoretically I should be making around 720-900XP per match, but due to the cap the average game is around 550.
My suggestion is to raise the cap to around 15 mins. I find it annoying that in order to earn 1 rift fragment, you need 800xp but you cannot even earn that in one game.

That would be pretty neat. A pseudo-incentive to rank up.

Boosting emblem xp would be way more beneficial because it would make afk killer matches for xp grinding less rewarding than actually playing through the game. It would also help out with the ridiculous rift grind (although I'd gladly take both too :^) ).

Daily rituals should give rift fragments too

how about instead you gain exp based on blood points so the more you did in game the more XP you get out of it so people who sit in a corner do nothing don't get more out of it then people who actually tried to do the objectives.
