The reason why he has undetectable on lvl 1 is because he can't get aura readed or detected by spine chill, undetectable is not just terror radius

I mean, technically he does still have a 6m radius in EW1. It's just hidden thanks to Undetectable. Although I can see how that might be confusing to someone who doesn't understand what Undetectable does.
He's just a little ashamed of how small his terror radius is, so he hides it.

Agreed. It seems that the devs want to make this game more beginner-friendly, and the first step for that should be to make information readily available, and transparent. If having it on the killer info page would be too much info in one place, they can add a new page to the archives with in-depth character, add-on, and item info.
