Spirit may or may not be OP, but...

I've been getting into playing as a Killer more often then usual now lately since playing Survivor has gotten fairly boring for me. Now with all the rant about the Spirit being OP, I have decided to do a little experiment.

With 1900+ hours in the game as a Survivor, I barely had any Killer experience except the few hours I used to play when I needed to finish Dailies or Archive Missions.

I began playing several different Killers for the first time and for the day only them. Every Killer was pretty okay to get into but it was also very depressing sometimes...

I started out with 1 to 3 kills per match. With each rank upwards it got harder and eventually the numbers started to lower. The only Killer with which I have always gotten 3 or 4 kills was the Spirit. Now this does not necessarily mean that she is OP. No. Trust me. I sucked. BADLY. The first time I played her, I was truly about to give up playing her. But seeing how I increased my skill with each killer so significantly by just practicing for mere hours, I kept playing.

Now the Spirit has a lot of Good sides and Bad sides. You are very mobile. You can scoot around the whole map in vast speeds. The Cooldown is long but justified for the ability. You don't see blood or the Survivor Models. Nothing. She is a PURE instinctive and tactical Killer. You need to learn to play with her before you can actually be good with her! And once you know how to play with her, there is nothing that can stop you.

But coming to think of it. That's the same with every killer. It's about how you master a Killer. Just because that Trapper I played against 4k'd all of us in 4 minutes because he placed amazing traps and knew how to mindgame, he is not OP. Just because that Hillybilly knows how to maneuver his Chainsaw, he is not OP.

See what I am hinting at? Just because someone really learnt and knows how to play the Spirit, the Killer itself is not OP immediately. Sure. She is challenging because you can't see or hear her, but you can still escape if you as a Survivor have mastered predicting. And just because you mastered predicting as a Survivor, Survivors aren't OP.

What I am saying is... If you really learnt, and are a master at playing a character, that character is not OP. Sure, if you are playing a character for the first time and always get kills, something is wrong. But that's not always the case as a Spirit.

To be fair, I still AM a Survivor main and do think that there needs to be a little something changed... BUT it doesn't have to be a giant nerf, just a little grain of salt taken out of her.

Anyways, just wanted to throw that in here. Have a Good Day/Night everyone.

I don't think she needs any adjustments that change her interaction with survivors.
