So I didn't know where to really post this so I chose "general" because I wouldn't say it's about a Killer more about a perk and well I normally have a bit of an issue finding some survivors and I wanna know what perks could make my life easier? I've been using whispers but... it's not to accurate and is very vague and so I gotta ask would Barbecue and Chili make my life easier?

To initially find survivors you could try Stridor for enhanced breathing sounds. You'd need a got set of ears though, so be warned. :)
Other than that there is Bitter Murmur now, that when a gen is completed you see their aura for 5 seconds.
And as you mentioned Whispers. If you get the hang of it, there is little chance for the Survivor to hide effecitvely inside your Whsipers radius.

Edit: Brainfart, forgot about your BB&C question. It would help you find them afterwards, so yes. It can help, but some Killers can use it better than others, ie. Nurse and Billy.

Alrighty, I'll try those perks out maybe a combination of two perks if it gives me anymore trouble.

You might want to try Predator as well now, it's so darn easy to follow tracks and never lose a survivor with that perk now. @Mesme

The thing about predator is, that it's harder to see scratches from a distance I believe. I have only tried it once and it seemed to be very small and could mislead you sometimes.
