Miles Upshur as survivor and Chris Walker as killer?
In my opinion I think Miles would make a great survivor for how long he lasted in Outlast and Chris walker being the main antagonist would make a great killer against Miles. Can we make it happen?

Would be pretty cool. Outlast is definitely up there for video game chapters they could do. Although Miles' model is kinda headless in Outlast, I'm sure Red Barrels would be willing to help BHVR design a face and head.

It could happen, but the possibility is unlikely... we've never had a Killer from another game before... (We've had a character from another game, but that's from valve themselves...) And that could be because it'll clash with the two studios on the license, the killer, etc... so that's probably why we've never had something like that...
It's honestly unknown if we'll ever get those two as an option, but it could happen!
