Syringe lost even when not used
I just lost my syringe in a match where I didn't even use my medkit once. Just the syringe, kept the medkit and the other add-on. Is this supposed to happen? I didn't see it mentioned on the syringe itself. Did I just miss it?

If you die, you lose items and their addons.

No, as I stated I kept the med-kit and other add-on. It came up "items lost" and had everything then "items gained" with just the med-kit and one add-on. The second one doesn't show up unless you escape as you don't keep any items if you don't. I ran out the exit gates and lost my syringe yo.
The syringe says it eats the med-kit, so if I used it I wouldn't have anything.
