The Initiation requires the player to perform 180 seconds worth of cooperative tasks as the survivor. It rewards 25,000 Bloodpoints.
This reward amount did not change after the perk Discordance was added to the game, even though Discordance makes cooperating on gens more punishing and makes this ritual take longer to complete.
