Chapter concept: The Look-See (REVISED)
KILLER:The LOOK-SEE
KILLER BIO: LOSS CAN AFFECT PEOPLE IN STRANGE, HORRIFIC WAYS CAUSING PEOPLE TO NOT LET GO OF THE MEMORIES OF THE THINGS THEY LOST BUT THAT'S NO WAY TO LIVE. THEY WERE GIVEN WARNING A WAY TO REDEEM THEMSELVES BUT THOSE WHO COULD NOT RELEASE WERE TAKEN BY IT AND PARTS OF THEM BECAME PART OF IT.
"I awoke from my slumber to a strange loud banging and wearily investigated any to find a note saying 'if you yourself cannot release then it will come to take piece' i didn't know what it meant until I heard a loud sound that was like a mixture of laughter and clock ticking and I knew I had to run"
ABILITY, INNER DEMONS: THEY NEED TO LET GO OFF WHAT BINDS THEM, THE WATCHERS POWER IS SIMILAR TO FREDDY'S (PRE REWORK) BUT WITH SLIGHTLY LONGER RANGE AND ONCE THEY'RE TOUCHED BY THE POWER THEY ENTER THE BURDENED STATUS EFFECT WHICH CAUSES 1% PERCENT SPEED DEBUFF BUT THE LONGER IT ACTIVE THE MORE IT DOES. SURVIVORS HAVE TO DESTROY ONE OF SEVERAL SMALL OBJECTS CALLED MEMENTOS AROUND THE MAP TO ESCAPE BUT THE ONE THEY HAVE TO BREAK GLIMMERS SLIGHTLY. THE EFFECT STOPS WHEN A SURVIVOR IS HOOKED BUT CONTINUES AFTER 12 SECONDS OF BEING UNHOOKED.
THE TIMES AND EFFECTS
0 SECONDS: 1% SPRINT SPEED REDUCTION.
10 SECONDS: 2% ACTION SPEED REDUCTION
20 SECONDS: SCRATCH MARKS LAST 1 AND HALF SECONDS LONGER.
30 SECONDS: FAILED SKILL CHECKS REDUCE THE GENERATOR PROGRESSION 3% MORE.
40 SECONDS: ALL STATUS EFFECTS GAIN A 1% AND 1 SECOND INCREASE.
50 SECONDS: A SUCCESSFUL SKILL CHECKS EFFECTS IS DECREASED BY 4%.
1 MINUET: THE SURVIVOR SUFFERS FROM THE EXPOSED STATUS EFFECT.
KILLER PERKS
PERK 1, TIME IS PRECIOUS: THERE TIME IS PRECIOUS YET THEY CLING TO WORTHLESS PAST THINGS, WHEN A SURVIVOR RESCUES A SURVIVOR FROM A HOOK THEN THE RESCUER WILL SUFFER FROM THE HINDERED STATUS EFFECT FOR 2/3/4 SECONDS
"THEY'RE NOT MONSTERS THAT'S JUST WHAT THE SHEEP WANT YOU TO THINK THEY'RE MORE THAN THAT, THEY'RE DIVINE CREATURES OF DARKNESS, PURE IN PURPOSE" - RODGER
PERK 2, LET GO:THEY HOLD ONTO THINGS THAT WILL HURT THEM BUT THEY WON'T LET GO, HITTING A SURVIVOR CARRYING AN ITEM WILL CAUSE THE NEXT USE OF THAT ITEM TO HAVE A 2/3/5% INCREASED CHARGE USAGE. ADDITIONALLY ANY FAILED SKILL CHECKS WITH AN EFFECTED ITEM WILL MAKE REGRESS THE PROGRESS OF THE ACTION THEY WERE DOING BY 1/2/3%.
"HE WHO BREAKS ME SHALL ME UNDONE" - THE BIRCH
PERK 3, HEX: OUT OF TIME: THE REST ARE OUT OF TIME AND YOU NEED THIS ONE, IF THERE IS ONE SURVIVOR LEFT A TOTEM NOT DESTROYED WILL ACTIVATE AND THE SURVIVOR WILL SUFFER FROM THE EXHAUSTED STATUS EFFECT AND THEIR AURA WILL APPEAR WHEN 20/15/10 METERS OUTSIDE YOUR TERROR RADIUS BUT THEY CAN SEE YOUR AURA WHEN INSIDE YOUR TERROR RADIUS.
"YOU ALL ARE SHEEP, IT WAS TIME TO BRING IN A WOLF"- IVA
SURVIVOR: RAYMOND IS AN AGGRESSIVE SURVIVOR BASED AROUND GOING ALONE AND BEING CONFRONTATIONAL.
SURVIVOR BIO: RAYMOND WAS THE LEADER OF A GROUP OF THIEVES WHO STOLE FOOD, MONEY AND OTHER THINGS WHILE CAMPING IN THE WOODS. WHAT WAS MEANT TO BE A SIMPLE THEFT BECAME A NIGHTMARE WHEN RAYMOND TOOK IT TO FAR AND KILLED A MAN WHICH BROUGHT THE WRATH OF A STRANGE CREATURE TO BE BROUGHT UPON THEM AND WHEN RAYMOND WAS THE LAST ONE LEFT HE WAS SPARED BECAUSE HE HAD NOTHING TO RELEASE.
"His expression was hollow and dead but despite this clear fault in his character he was not one of the few who hunt be instead he was working long side me to survive though it was clear he didn't much care for his fellow human beings"
SURVIVOR PERKS
PERK 1, SCAVENGER: LOOKING AROUND IN UNLIKELY PLACES OFTEN LEADS YOU TO USEFUL SUPPLY'S, GETTING AN ITEM FROM A CHEST GIVES IT 2/4/6 EXTRA CHARGES
"YOUR HUNGRY I CAN'T FAULT YOU FOR THAT." THE MORDEO
PERK 2, FEARLESS: YOU AREN'T AFRAID OF THEM AND THEY KNOW IT, BEING IN A CHASE FOR 20/15/10 SECONDS WILL INCREASE YOUR SPRINT SPEED BY 2/4/6%
"WE WANTED TO RID THE WORLD OF CORRUPTION REMEMBER!'' -ELIAS
PERK 3, UNCARING: THEIR MORE TOOLS TO YOU THAN ANYTHING, THE NOTIFICATION FOR UNHOOKING A SURVIVOR IS DELAYED BY 1 AND A HALF SECONDS BUT AT THE COST OF A 1/2/3% DECREASED SPRINT SPEED FOR BOOTH SURVIVORS WHEN THEY ENTER THEIR NEXT CHASE. THE EFFECT LAST UNTIL THE CHASE ENDS.

The power is interesting, I suppose.
But all the effects except at 20 seconds and 60 seconds are terribly weak. A buff to the numbers of 0 and 10 would be amazing (maybe 10 and 15% slowdown respectably.) 40 needs a massive buff, and needs to only effect negative status effects. 10 second increase, and 20% increase in effectiveness. 30 and 50 both need total reworks, simple as that.
The first perk: It should be they are injured and broken for 60/75/90 seconds if the Killer is outside 32 meters of the hook. Hindered for 4 seconds is insanely weak. Hindered for 10000 seconds isn't even worth a perk slot.
The second perk: Useless. It is absolutely useless, even with a massive buff to the numbers it wouldn't be good. Please see Overwhelming Presence. I'd say it needs a rework. Maybe Survivors with items get a 20/30/40% action speed decrease, to make Survivors abandon their items or be terribly punished.
The third perk: The wording makes the aura reading pointless. Since it's 1, a Hex perk, and 2, only activates in 1 specific scenario, as well as not being effective, it is not worth a perk slot. I don't even know what a rework for it could be.
All the Survivor perks need increases in numbers, and that's it.
